USI grew up in miners Oaks, and this is the jerky that we ate all the time and when I got older and moved away, I went back every time and bought jerky. My kids love it and tradition among our family that every time I go Into Ojai, I get jerky but now being able to buy it online is game changer in my opinion is the best jerky in the world
I ordered a one pound bag hoping for thick large pieces but received smaller bags with very thin small pieces. It looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Flavor was okay.
