USI bought some of this jerky passing through Ojai earlier this year. It was great so I searched out the shop to mail order more!
USI’ll tell you what, this jerky just about knocks my socks off every time I eat it. The texture is real nice and the flavor is better than any meat my Pa would cook back on the ranch. Keep up the good work folks.
